14 Days Adaptation Warranty

We understand that adjusting to new lenses can sometimes take time.

If you experience difficulty adapting to your new prescription lenses within 14 days of delivery, we will assist with necessary adjustments or provide suitable replacement lenses after evaluation by our optical team.

Conditions:

  • Applicable only for prescription lenses.
  • Original invoice is required.
  • Physical damage or scratches are not covered.
  • Lens prescription changes may require verification.

14 Days Return / Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible Products:

  • Unused frames
  • Sunglasses
  • Non-customized products

Return / Exchange Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included.
  • Customized prescription lenses are non-returnable unless manufacturing defects are found.
  • Refunds will be processed after quality inspection approval.

1 Year Frame Polish Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects related to frame polish and finish.

Covered:

  • Peeling or fading of frame polish due to manufacturing defects.

Not Covered:

  • Physical damage
  • Accidental breakage
  • Damage due to improper handling or chemical exposure
  • Normal wear and tear

1 Year Lens Coating Peel Warranty

Our lenses come with a 1-year warranty against coating peel issues arising from manufacturing defects.

Covered:

  • Anti-glare coating peel
  • Coating bubbles or abnormal peeling

Not Covered:

  • Scratches
  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Improper cleaning methods
  • Heat or chemical damage

General Terms

  • Warranty and return decisions are subject to product inspection by our team.
  • The company reserves the right to repair, replace, or refuse claims if policy conditions are not met.
  • Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
